Identify Families
Trusted nonprofit partners work directly in their communities to identify families who are motivated to reach stability and ready to take the next step. Partner organizations screen applicants and present the strongest candidates to Family Partners for selection.

Provide Monthly Support
Families receive a temporary monthly grant—funded entirely by donors like you—covering essential needs while they work toward lasting change. With the pressure of basic expenses relieved, families can focus on building a stable future.

Build Toward Independence
Support phases out by design. As families gain stability—finishing a certification, landing a better job, building savings—the grant gradually declines. The reduction isn’t a penalty. It’s a milestone.

Families submit a simple application describing how they intend to use the monthly financial support. Nonprofit partners help Family Partners select families that are most likely to benefit from the program.
Once selected, nonprofit partners provide ongoing support and accountability to ensure the funds are being used for their intended purpose.
